About Hancock Partners, Inc.

Hancock Partners, Inc. was formed by Jerry DaBrescia, Ron DeLuca, Russell Bass, and Chris Gross in the winter of 2003. They were soon joined by Mike Argiros, Dave Theleman and Bruce Edwards. Hancock Partners, Inc. is a non-profit, 501c New York State Corporation dedicated to foster and promote the economic and social growth of the Greater Hancock, New York area.

The 3 main goals of the Partnership are to promote:

       INDUSTRY
Increase private & public investment in the community

       TOURISM
Reduce vacant storefronts
Make local businesses more profitable

       BEAUTIFICATION
Make Hancock more appealing to live in and shop

Most of you are aware of ongoing discussions about a medical center, a town square, the Main Street Grant Program and a number of other issues & projects.  We have endeavored to address these items over the past several years and continue to do so today.

To formulate a course of action and help us achieve the goals previously set forth, Hancock Partners, the Village of Hancock, & Town of Hancock, are in the process of developing an action plan called The Hancock Economic & Community Development Master Plan.  You can see this plan and view other completed and planned projects at Projects

We invite you to take part in the upcoming public forums and discussions to make Hancock a better place to live and work.
