Most
of you are aware of ongoing discussions about a medical center,
a
town square, the Main Street grant and a number of other issues.
We will address all these issues together in a public
presentation by Alan Sorenson (see enclosed) at the HCS
auditorium on March 16th. The meeting will
start at 7 PM. We ask that you join This is not a
Partners meeting, or a Village Board meeting. It is a
chance
to hear the details of the Main Street design, ideas on tying
the Great American
lot into that plan, and then how this would fit into an overall
economic plan. You can see from the attached biography that Alan
has experience in dealing with towns and villages much like
Hancock and success in gaining the funds necessary for his
plans.
Please join us to confirm that your specific concerns will
be addressed, whether they are about property taxes, kids, jobs,
shopping, “changes” or all of
the above.
